I really want to wear a waist trainer after giving birth. I want something that works really good , I know it doesn't do much but it will help me a lot into tightening my stomache back somewhat ! As I recover I will do as much excercise as possible ! Anyone knows of a really great highly recommended waist trained ?

The biggest thing I can say- as a lover of real waist trainer corsets (the 12-24 steel boned straight up old school things)- is regardless of what you decide to go with always be aware of your comfort and to never over tighten anything to "speed things up" or "fit" in to any thing. Be sure you're comfortable in whatever you decide to try, even if it means trying more than one thing. You don't want to hurt yourself, especially while recovering. :)

There is other options other then the waist trainer. Have you looked into the postpartum belly wrap? That's what I will be using after my son is born.

I find waist trainers more comfortable than regular corsets and stuff, personally, but I can understand each person may feel differently. Of course, they really shouldn't feel actually tight, especially when first starting to get in to them, but figuring out the appropriate balance can be a pain and I never really wore them to shrink my waist past it's natural curve (as I said I just felt more comfortable and supported in them). I hope you find something that works well for you! @brendaaboooooo
