i dont have a pregnancy ball but how can i help babygirl drop i cant take her being up so high anymore literally cant sit up on my butt cause shes so high ... im 38 weeks? i dont wanna induce any kind of labor just want some relief

walking helps a lot and try doing squats they might help labor too honestly they recommend it when you are 37 weeks or over helps baby drop into position and labor not be so hard

I am having the same problem! My little man won't drop down and when he kicks sometimes he knocks the wind out of me!
