went to the hospital. having contractions but no change sent me home. I get back home and am in so much freaking pain but I'm not going back till I can no longer stand it

try a warm/hot bath. I've heard it helps

the Dr told me it can actually slow them down and you can't tell if your water breaks if you are in the tub

They say if the pain is a few minutes apart then it's active labor. Start timing it

They have been up to 3 minutes apart over a minute long lasting for over an hour and it didn't change anything and they eventually slowed down.... that was on christmas day. I layed down and tried to slow them since it was Christmas now I am wishing I had just let it keep going
