ok i have a rant: im sitting in my hotel room on Facebook book and im going through posts (mainly from black men) degrading black women and putting black women in categories like hoes, thots, ratchet mothers. im thinking like really? not ALL black women are those things, there is independent successful black women out there. why do you think im having a WHITE man's baby? ugh just pissed off, why do black men look down on us independent black women??? im so disgusted 😨😩😩😨 i hope my brothers do not grow up to have that mentality

and yet black men wonder why they are profiled. it's the way they chose to act, think, dress etc. They make them selfs look bad to society, and downgrading women makes it worse.

For me I see it as parenting. There are degrading Mexicans and white men too. Even women do it to men. But I get where you're coming from. I see it as a dominance thing. They just don't want to see someone thriving better than they are. I am marrying a Mexican man and have been brought into his culture and SUPER thankful his mama made sure he was respectful to women. A lot of the culture I've seen sleep around and completely degrade women.
