Back to the obgyn tomorrow. I have been there every Monday for 5 weeks I'm not high risk and I'm only 13 weeks this is crazy! I have to go next Monday too. I'm fed up with sitting there all day. Totally going to talk to them about that and the last time I went in the doctor was like you have fibromyalgia you know you can treat that with Tylenol and I laughed. Yeah you must be a med student who's never experienced it especially being pregnant. It's not easy that's for sure. Thank goodness I can still take my ultram!

It's a heavy muscle relaxer also know as tramadol. Fibromyalgia effects the muscles not the joints so we are more commonly put on muscle relaxers instead of pain medication.

Tramadol is a borderline narcotic. I was on it for a very long time for stomach and back pain. But as with everything if the benefit outweighs the risk then doctors will allow you to take it.

Right I take it very rarely I'm also on lower ones I can take more often if needed to help as well
