The neck part is adjustable,and it its out when it sit on your chest so you don't have to constantly move the curtain to see the baby. You can just look down and see him. :)

I live in the Bulverde Oaks Apartments if you don't mind stopping by. My husband doesn't get home from work till 7am and sleeps till he was to get back up for work or I'd love to meet you somewhere!:/ but anytime is good though,I'm usually always awake and I don't ever leave unless it's to the Gym.
