so I didn't update the other day but my induction went very well, although after about 6 hours in I did give up and get some pain meds. I chose not to do the epidural but to take the shot in the iv. but within the next two hours (after getting to 4 cm, 90% effaced, and -2 position) my progress stopped completely and I ended up needing an emergency c section.
Anyways at 4:07 pm on Monday December 8, 2014 little miss Astrid Noelle-Janet Sedwick was born. she weighed in at 7 lbs 15 oz, and 21 inches long.
they found that the reason I was not dilating and she was not dropping down was that even though she was head down and ready to go. somehow her head got crooked so she couldn't go down any further.

2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

going to TTC again for the first time this month after a mmc in November and d&c in December. that was my first pregnancy so I'm TERRIFIED I won't get pregnant again or get a sticky bean! We have a really good feeling about it but I don't want to get my hopes up :/. my fertile week starts Sunday and I would give anything to get my rainbow baby! let's hope I get pregnant and it sticks!
**BIRTH STORY** March 24th 1:45am. (Me & my 10yr old home sleep) got up to use the bathroom & Had my bloody show. Ok, so my friend is wanting to get pregnant but..... Her fiancé does not want kids, at lease for another 3-5 years he said... so she came up with the idea to have me pee on a stick for her and show it to him so that he’ll be comfortable with not wearing a condom and finishing in her.. basically the whole idea is to make him think she’s pregnant already...... so I do this favor for her or should I tell my girl to chill?
He and my husband are friends through us and he’s going to invite him over...
