Okay mommas what does back labor feel like? I just had a really intense back spasm/cramp in my lower back but only on the right side... now it is still hurting but not as intense. Back labor or just a weird spasm from how my son is positioned?
I honestly can't wait for the intense pain of contractions, to go in labor and have my husband by my side each step of the way, finally pushing our daughter out info the world just the thought just makes me so emotional and excited I CAN'T WAIT FOR SEPTEMBER ,
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Should I let my x know when labor starts
It’s baby time!! I’m 4-5 cm dilated and having some intense back labor😭 please send some positivity and prayers my way I’m so nervous and excited!!! I can’t wait to meet my precious baby boy😭❤

it was probably a spasm. back labor is the most horrible thing you could feel it's like getting cramps but in your lower back & the pain is 100 times worse than period cramps it's a crippling pain that goes across your whole lower back

well that's reassuring lol. definitely not something I am looking forward to, but kinda bummed I'm not in labor especially since I haven't had another one.
