Ladies i have seen post after post about relationship issues and fights... Lots of positive posts as well! And of course the strength in the single moms out there!!! One thing I wanted to say to all the women in a relationship, struggling or not, is to remember that if you want your boy to be a man... You need to act like a woman. Meaning that you don't take disrespect and you don't dish out either... If you man does something or says something that makes you feel unwanted or sad... You need to tell him! "Hey I don't like when you speak to me like that because I already feel like a giant gorilla and I need you to be supportive and not hurtful!" But telling him like this "you an asshole and I hate you." Or just letting it slide... Is not mature or right to allow yourself to be put down. If u fight with him (or her) let yourself calm down enough to explain why you are mad and apologize if you get mean. Because getting honest with you partner is not about getting mean... And being honest is a huge major issue for all relationships. You need to be respectful all while demanding respect! Doesn't mean it happens perfectly every time! I still go nuts on mine but I always apologize if I know I screwed up! relationships are about equality... Allow your man to be soft and cry if he needs to! And don't allow him to mock you while your tears fall! If respect isn't there... I guarantee you... The relationship won't be there for long either.
