With my first boy I felt nauseous but hardly threw up. Didn't have many symptoms except extremely tired. This time around I swore up and down it was a girl because I was horribly sick. I lost 17 pounds my first trimester, I threw up everything even water, my boobs were sore, I was tired all the time, still am lol. Anddd then came the ultrasound, another boy! Lol, I couldn't believe my eyes. I asked the technician to check like 4 times but it was true. Four ultrasounds after confirmed it, a boy. I was told the that the more nauseous you get and the more you throw up, it's more likely a girl. But in my personal experience, I guess it can go both ways.

This is my 3rd pregnancy. My first, a daughter, I threw up 1-2 times a day every day including right after birth. My 2nd, a son, I was diagnosed with hyperemisis-extreme nausea & vomiting. Now my 3rd, diagnosed with hyperemisis again, on 3 meds & still throwing up multiple times a day..don't know yet what we are having, should find out Dec 4 at 20 wk anatomy scan. I've gotten a lot of jokes that prob a boy again but who knows

My friends mom told me I was having a girl because all my acne I got.... and we'll I'm having a girl! yes I was nauseas in the first tri too but it was done after a Lil over 13wks
