al u need 2 do is abs but instead of doing the ones where you raise ur head u r going 2 lay down try 2 put ur but up and bring ur legs up and down but not all the way down just 2 the middle and back up do it as many as u can I use 2 do a set of 5-10 3 times a day and I lost all my pregnancy weight wen I had my 2 bb.

Ull lose it fast if u do it

I know it happened 2 me with my first I had a spinal for a c section it's the worst then 4 my 2 I had the epidural OMG now my back is not even $00.01 valuable it's always hurting, burning and itching at the same time in the same spots they did both ugh what we have 2 go true this time I'm going 2 try 2 not have any of those lol

@dmariejj, oh man that's awful..I'm sorry! I really hope things go better this time for you!! & yes us women have to go through & the pains..most guys wouldn't even be able to handle what we go through lol (:

@krissy81814, awe im sorry..id hate being there for 3 days /: but yeah my hospital said as long as me and the baby are fine, we get released 24 hours after his birth. he was born the 12th at 4:09 pm and we got to leave the 13th at 5:30 pm thankfully!! I had a very good labor and delivery, very short, painless and everything was fine at the 24 hour point. (': I got very lucky!

I should have went to your hospital lol I was actually the for 5 days I was in labor for almost. 24 hours

@krissy81814, lol right (: & that's even longer..I couldn't have been there that long..I would have went crazy. I was at the hospital from in active labor for about 2/3 hours then he was born but I didn't even know because I didn't feel anything (:

I was 41 weeks and it was on Sunday I was dilate 2cm and have small contractions and that Monday I was supposed to get induced so the kept me ther I got narcotics since I couldn't sleep I still felt pain it wore off and I got the epidural and they stopped the dosage once my water broke I felt everything and I mean everything
