Last time I was at the doctor she said I was measuring big. I'm only 14 weeks but she said I was measuring 18 weeks. She moved up my due date, has anyone had to do it and will they induce me?
As it looks my due date is May 10, which is Mother's Day, I kinda want him/her here before Mother's Day. The doctor has already said it's going to be a big baby. @sexii_diiva

they say it goes by your 1st ultrasound. whatever they measure your baby is usually correct.. my original due date was Feb 18th then it moved to Feb 14th.. but they don't necessarily induce you unless they have to or if your Dr allows.. like I don't want a holiday baby so he said I he can induce me at 39 weeks which is Feb 7th

Eeek went to the dr and I am almost a 1... never really dialated early with the other two... so I got a little excited. She said the baby is measuring at around 38 weeks 😱so when I go next week I am going to ask about inducing.
Just a little rant here. I would love for some feed back from the other moms: My apt yesterday went okay. Baby boy is healthy. He actually is measuring 36wks and 6days a head of me. He’s 5lbs 13oz. He’s a little chunky. I do not have gestational diabetes or anything else to cause him to be so far a head of me. He’s just always been measuring two-three weeks a head. My Dr said he is on pace to be a 9 1/2lb baby by 38 weeks. She said they will check his growth again at 38 weeks to see if we need to change my birth plan to C section. I straight up told her, no I do not want one. I want to be induced at 36-37 weeks. She straight up said “ I refuse to induce because you baby is big. Just because he is measuring a head doesn’t mean his lungs are ready.” I said that’s why I asked between 36-37 weeks. 37 weeks is considered full term. 99.9% of babies survive. She said no still because she’s lost babies before at that time. I said well we didn’t lose my daughter now did we? She said no we didn’t but it’s not something she will do. I told her I won’t have a C section. So what should I do now? She said because of his size and my history, I might go into labor before then. If I do they will stop him from coming. I’m super pissed and I have no idea what to do. Any advice????
I just remembered, at my appointment, she said my stomach measured 35 when I'm 40 weeks? She said it was normal, but does that seem normal to you?
UPDATE: Well i wemt back to doctor still at 5cm was sent back home my doctor said i havent dilated anymore so she said thats a good thing and she said she wanna induce me but she didnt because im 36 weeks so im dealing with pain until i hit 40 weeks witch i really hate but she also said if baby comes shes not gonna stop it so im just playing the waiting game while having contractions and still scard ima go in labor at home!!!!

well if they think its too big to come out vaginally they will schedule you a c section. but talk to your Dr. I was scared to ask him for the baby not to be born on a holiday && he was perfectly fine with it. diff drs are diff tho
