I can't even drink a Natura liquid that is for Iron my midwife try giving me 4 the iron she just gave up and told me don't drink nothing is the way my Gastritis and acid reflux is is to strong and my stomach is to week

I try everything I can't drink them @firefly

I have gummies that I used to take I just kept forgetting to take them lol I'm going to start back taking them tho! @firefly

You can take flintstone vitamins @christineann @laura.mommytobe @mdomke22 @dmariejj . Also try taking them before bed with food and a big glass of water.

i cant even take the smell of them not 2 mention they make me naseous so ive notice they work a lot better when i take them @ nite u should try it prenatal vitamins are very important specially after ur 3rd child they take a lot of u just a friendly advice

yeah they made me sick in the beginning. i threw up all the time but it got way easier once i left the first trimester. sometimes you gotta go through the rough for the best for your child, i feel horrible when i miss one dose because i feel like that alone will effect him (even though deep down i know it wont) lol it gets better aftert the first trimester@ dmariejj

yeah but everyone is different. it may have worked out for you but that doesnt mean it wont effect anyone else's child. @dmariejj

If you don't want to take the prenatal maybe just find the folic acid pills? If you get sick with prenatals try taking it right after eating and if that makes you sick break it in half and take half with a meal. I did that in the beginning and now I just take a full one after every dinner. But if you are a very healthy eater and were before and during pregnancy you might not need to. But prenatals are supposed to supplement what your body is lacking and if your really lacking something it can show up negatively in your baby somehow. So just be careful and maybe speak to your midwife or doctor and see what they have to say :)

if you dont take them it can cause problems for your growing baby. obviously theres a chance your baby will be just fine but there is a reason we as pregnant women are supposed to take them. my aunt never took hers and her son was over sized and has a bad thyroid problem. they believe its because she decided on her own not to take her prenatal vitamins. just speak with your doctor maybe there is an alternative you can do.

U should take them daily!!! Y wouldn't u boo ? If the ones u have don't agree with ur body u find an alternative! Any doctor will tell u the vitality of them to u and baby! Not a joke! I highly recommend n e body not taking them to talk to ur doctors ASAP! Be well! 😘

They make me feel sick and without them I feel fine so I stopped taking them months ago
