So around 25 years ago the nurses would give new mommies beer in the hospital to bring in their milk. They don't do it any more... Well, I LOVE beer and plan on having 1 after I deliver. My mom got me a milk stout which they say if best to help bring in mommas milk. Any second time moms tried it? Or any other beer drinkers planning on trying this? I am also going to be doing the placental encapsulation to help.

with my first I drank one right after to help my supply...still didn't bring it 8 but lots of stress was going on but I heard it helps to I'll be trying with this one also...great mommas think alike ;)

never heard of this. i heard if yoi drink alcohol you cant breast feed for 24 hours. I'm confused
