Im having such a horrible time with my neighbors, my son is being bullied and living in my house gives me so much anxiety.

I also need advice, my mother lives with me and when it comes to dating she likes to make “rules” for me. How am I supposed to date or establish a relationship when she lives with me, watches my son for me when I go out but also feel comfortable enough to bring someone to my house, when it comes to the point?
