Ladies! For those with vaginal deliveries (....with stitches...) how long did it take you to recover from it? The sting sensation of the stitches? Have you done bath of any kind? When did you actually go back to working out?! 🤷🏼♀️😫

mrs.hibben I used the tucks and dermoplast spray for a long time. It helps soothe. I’d take baths

professor.hashbrown Don't worry about diffusing. The oils that are somewhat "dangerous" most people don't use anyway.
ladyblauvelt Some oils are not safe to inhale or use while pregnant like eucalyptus and Clary Sage, citronella
