I was in the hospital not too long for very very bad pain and they did put heat packs behind my back so I don’t know 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️I guess I’ll try to avoid it now
He like moves so much when I use them and. I can’t tell if it’s because he likes or of discomfort

I’ve been told not to use heat packs but to have a warm bath x
