My head started itching and burning a few days ago and I had my husband look at it and he said there's a bunch of red spots on my head. He said he thinks they are shingles. Are there any remedies 2 get rid of them or do they just go away in a certain amount of time? They itch really bad and hurt 2 the point where I'm almost in tears.

I had gallbladder surgery 2 weeks ago today and I was told not to lift over 10lbs for the first 2 weeks. I only waited 1 week and started picking my kids up. My boys weigh almost 30lbs and my daughter weighs 40lbs. Well now my side hurts really bad. It hurts so bad I almost cry.
