Any diabetic moms out there with heart concerns for baby in utero?

32 weeks! Does it look like a boy or girl I’m carrying to y’all? I’m waiting until delivery to find out the gender.

When did you mommies feel the first real kick (not just the flutters)?

Hi Moms! So my Grandpa passed away and it is tearing me apart inside that my doctor advised me not to travel (to go to his funeral). She said it is not safe with COVID. I really want to pay my respects and because my Grandpa was the very best! I realize it’s not just me I am protecting, but most importantly, my baby. And if something happened that hurts my baby, I’d feel so bad. Has anyone gone through something similar!

Sooo, I have had my baby in an experience Montessori School for 7 months. She’s 10 months now. I really love it there. She does too. However, we finally got accepted to a military daycare, which is a lot more cost efficient and convenient. I’m unsure what to do. I don’t want to disrupt her stability. I feel like the new place will allow me to save for her future, but don’t want to disrupt her life, her friends, her caregivers. I’m soooo torn. Oh, & the Montessori school obligates you in...

Does anyone else feel a deeper connection with their spouse during this process? We had a tough time during the beginning of pregnancy, but now I look at him & realize, this is my baby’s dad. This is who God chose me to create another life with! I truthfully am thankful this is happening with him.

Is it okay to drink lots of coffee until the baby starts getting nutrients from the umbilical cord? I think that’s 7 or 8 weeks. How does your intake affect baby before that 8 week mark?

I have my first doctor’s appointment tomorrow. It’s the very first being pregnant. I’m 5 weeks & 4 days. Do you think they’ll let me see with a sonogram or hear the heartbeat?

Good morning! I’m 5 weeks & 2 days. The little symptoms I did have seem to have stopped. I have not yet had any morning sickness. My breasts were sore. Now just a little bit sore. I haven’t had any spotting, but I’m worried. I took two pregnancy tests a week ago. Both were positive. Could I have miscarried & not known?

I’m only 4wks & 6 days, but I really want to tell my parents. I know they will be so happy. We’ve waited a long time for this. It’s my first pregnancy & it took longer than I’d/we’d hoped. My husband wants to wait until closer to the end of my first trimester. It’s bugging me not being able to share & I don’t want to tell them w/o him. Advice?
