Alright mommas I need help. My bp has been high from time to time throughout this pregnancy but for the past week I’ve been swollen all day and all night regardless of what I do and now my bp spikes and then plummets back down. Currently 38w2d and I’m having a lot of pain in my groin area when I move my legs at all or stand up. I haven’t been thinned or dilated so far at any of my appointments. I’m not sure what the pain means 😭
