I'm kinda scared I let my 5 month old nephew nap on my belly I'm 33 weeks pregnant, did I hurt my baby?! Help

Anyone have gestational diabetes and have to be on insulin? I was diagnosed a few weeks ago and just now today my sugars have shot up I don't know why I eat the same exact thing everyday. I'm going to have to be put on meds and I feel like the baby is just going to die. I feel doomed and overwhelmed, scared sad and alone 😞😭

I was just diagnosed with gestational diabetes and I'm devastated I feel like I'm bound to have a still born any advice ladies 😭

Strong not just flutters. So far everything with baby is good, had my anatomy scan 2 weeks ago everything is fine etc. My question is is it normal to only feel movements low? Sometimes very rarely I'll get one or two higher up like belly button level.

If I was leaking amniotic fluid would the hospital be able to do anything about it ?? ( I'm 20 weeks )
