Breastfeeding Moms, help! I'm trying to get my body adjusted to just doing morning and night feedings. This is a hard decision for me but pumping at work is becoming an issue. Any suggestions?

I got BM out last night about 8pm to thaw for today. I fell asleep and forgot it until about 4:30am. It felt room temp from the outside but felt a bit cooler on the inside.
It usually takes 4-5hrs to actually thaw. It didn't smell yucky and I'm unsure of what it really tastes like anyways.
Use or discard?!

Transitioning to the crib is not working out like I thought it would, help?!! 😔

My 12wk maternity leave is coming to an end. Wednesday is my first day back and I'm a train wreck. My babe will be in good care but very sad someone else will be getting to spend more time with my child than I. 😕
Any suggestions you mama's might have for an easier transition?

Am I creating an issue?! Oliver is 6.5wks and he loves sleeping on mama's chest (Mama loves it too). At night we have a slumber party in the living room, (it just works better this way). Oliver starts the night in his rock and play but finishes on mama's chest in the recliner. The last 2 nights, he has slept much longer than normal, (4-5hrs - thank god). It's nice getting a little more sleep than 2hrs at a time. I feel he will sleep this long only if he is on me. Is this going to be a hard habit...
