My baby is breastfeed and he's constipated. he's straining himself and crys just to make a bowl movement. what can I do?

I'm a first time mom. I got blood work done week before last. I got a call back because I was at high risk for down syndrome 1 out of 200 I think. I cried and panicked. I'm praying now and have faith because I knw God will see me through. my little boy or girl will be healthy.
