Can you use icyhot while pregnant, I've Googled it and gotten a lot of mixed answers

28 weeks tomorrow, none of my shirts fit me right anymore, everything makes me cry, and I go to the bathroom 7 times a night. Really over being pregnant, ready for my baby girl to be here already. 😣

Lately all I've been craving is a deli sandwich, although I know not to eat deli meat because of how it can harm not only you but your baby so I have been resisting. But now I am reading that you can eat deli meat if you heat it up.. so my questions are if it's safe to eat chicken deli meat opposed to the others (i.e. Turkey) and also if you do heat up the deli meat do you have to eat it when it's hot or could I heat it up in the morning and then make a sandwich and eat it cold at lunch..
