As soon as I posted early this morning about having contractions, they started coming like lightening...8 mins apart, 5 mins apart, 3 mins, strong and consistent....relentless, and unforgiving. My baby girl was making her way into my world....ready or not. She called the shots....& Before I knew it, my SO had me on a high speed dash to the hospital with contractions coming in at 2 mins apart and me fully dilated within 3 hours of going into labor. They switch up everytime I go in for an appointment so I get the chance to meet all of them. my main concern is that I did the strep B test today and they made me swab myself in the bathroom, and they also told me that they don't check for dilation until I go into labor and go to the actual hospital. This really makes me nervous bc now that I think back to all my appointments.....they never ...
