going in for cervical ripening on Thursday and Friday I will be admitted to labor and delivery to start the process! can mommas give me any idea what to expect?

so hungry. cravings are all over the place and I'm to nauseous to move. hubby has the car :( I honestly don't know if I'd be able to get back home if I walked up the street to the store right now

So I'm really unsure if I've started labor or not. I had quite a bit of pineapple with lunch today then hubs and I had sex and I wasn't sure when we were done if I was leaking his fluids or if my mucus plug had ruptured. now I'm experiencing diarrhea, cramps, back pain, tender breasts and what I think could be contractions but I'm unsure. I don't know if it's to late to call labor and delivery and I don't even know if they'd tell me to come in :/ any mommas have any insight?

does anyone else feel their little one knows when it rains? ya know how some people can feel the rain in their formerly broken bones before the rain actually hits due to atmospheric pressure? that's what I think is going on with my little man he always starts tossing and turning about an hour before it rains, it's so weird to me. anyone else?

if my tummy gets really tight and my lower-mid back starts to hurt and I get kinda nasueas is that contractions.

doing my hair tomorrow, Friday gonna get my nails done, then Saturday is my baby shower! I have 0 idea what I wanna wear, any ideas ladies? it's a backyard BBQ shower and forecast says it should be 82°.

is it possible to get ppd before delivery? I'm 29 weeks and all my life all I've ever wanted to be is a mom but these past few days I'm terrified, I can't imagine raising this little boy and I love him so much but I don't feel like I'm the best option for him...husband is convinced it's just nerves and I'm just having fleeting anxiety

Cory has been so violently active tonight that I couldn't sleep. Every time I start to drift off he gives a sharp jab, always in a different spot, or he will start to thrash around. I love this little boy I just hope he calms down once he's out of his tiny confined area and had breathing room.
