this relates to how I feel about a post I saw on fb yesterday.
I saw where a mother had posted something about making mac & cheese and a hot dog for her LO and asked if she should puree it. Her LO was about 8 months old, I believe. instead of people commenting and telling her that she didn't really need to puree it and just to cut it up, if her child was to that point in his/her diet, they were telling her how disgusting hotdogs are and that she should find an alternative. I have decided that starting Wednesday after next, I will be start taking my son to our public library for Story Time! I just found out that our library had this and it is within walking distance of our house! I'm super excited. He has loved being read to since he was 2 1/2 months old. I hope this is an interest that will continue to be and grow in him.

We had a visit with the doctor this afternoon. Turns out this rollercoaster ride of 99.5-101.6° temps, projectile vomiting, diarrhea and sleeplessness is all due to teething! Oy Vey!! On a lighter note, his doctor is finally referring him to an allergist! Hopefully, this will take some of the guess work out of feeding him and introducing foods... fingers crossed!
