How do you moms make yourselfs feel good even though you stay at home with a baby? Really wanna find a good way to help improve my self esteem since having my daughter.
Look into Gymboree classes or at your local community center. My son does Gymboree classes twice a week and a tumbling tots class every Tuesday. It helps with the day and bond with your child 😊 also helps them interact with other babies their age!

I do my hair and make up everyday. I'll be going back to work but right now I can't (baby is only 2 weeks old) so i do what I love to do.
Do mom and baby yoga together, gets a workout in a Mr allows you to spend time with baby! Take self is together. Take time out to beautify yourself every day! Even if it's just putting on some eyeliner or lipstick. Something to help you feel human . Shower and get dressed every day. I wrote a blog post on this last year!
