Thought I'd share this ab workout as it has really impressed me. I've started doing it daily and already feel great! Any post baby mamas want to get back into shape and feel that their body's are ready for it, try this out! Good length of time and really works the muscles!

Remember to stretch after, because I woke up SOOOOORE!!! But it's a good burn!! @mummyto1boy
