baby wide awake at 2 in the morning and fascinated with the hands.. sure why not is not like we have an appointment early in the morning

this child has been up since 4 am it's now going on 8 she is refusing to sleep and eat and she is screaming and crying and I can't get her to stop... I'm so frustrated with myself because I can't calm her... I'm at a loss ladies...
