Food! What's your 4th of July feast? I'm all about the food. What are you ladies having today? We are smoking some ribs and I'm making potato salad; arugula, watermelon and feta salad; roasted Parmesan broccoli or asparagus or possibly steamed artichokes with a mustard dipping sauce (depending on what's the best looking at the store), pink lemonade for the kiddos, Wisconsin specific New Glarus beer for the adults and cherry pie and lemon cakes for dessert! Yummmmm
Made dinner: BBQ ribs in the Crock-Pot, salad with croutons with ranch dressing cheese bread and Pepsi to drink πππ
What are your favorite sides for a cookout? Iβm sister and brother in law are coming over for 4th of July/husbands bday. It will be a tiny thing, but I still want to cook. So far i have potato salad, pasta salad, deviled eggs, baked beans, chips, and 3 dips. Then a couple of sweets.
