Just wondering if anyone else here suffers from adenomyosis?
What symptoms do you get and how bad does it get for you?
And as mums... how on earth do you manage a flare up when you’ve got kids to look after??
Any tips for getting through the day would really help.

Hi, sorry to hear what you're going through. I don't have adenomyosis but my cousin has endometriosis and it encouraged me to research a bit about it and find support for her. There are Facebook groups for women with adenomyosis where they share their stories, support one another, sign post and give advice. Let me know if you would like me to send you the link x

Thank you yes if you can send the link would be great, the flareups are horrible, I still haven't had a period since having hanna and ive started getting cramps again im hoping its a sign that my period will start ive had scans and bloods but definitely not pregnant, they found a cyst witch is also affecting the adenomyosis but I have a follow up scan booked for 22nd September x
