Anyone else here have the dreaded Heat rash, also known as prickly heat and miliaria? I have been battling an outbreak on both my arms for the past 3 weeks😬🥹.
I would cover them up because they just look so awful but that only makes it spread more and increase itching. No relief in sight.
I have and if I try to treat it, it only irritates it or does not improve much. I take cooler showers to calm the itch and stick with mild soap and no lotions afterward. Humidity ramps it back up quickly or just wearing clothing. Sleeveless is the way to go these days but I sometimes cannot use them all of the time. I have had this for most of my life but these days it just gets really annoying.
@icebergahead it has been crazy humid. My mom used to do corn starch on me when I was little but I haven't done it on myself in decades
@massgirl, I have sensitive skin so I am always afraid of irritating it. I am a reptile😅
I have taste for deli meat i will heat it up anyone have deli meat while pregnant and baby is ok?
My boobs always sag & lay on my belly and it’s so uncomfortable in this heat. Anyone else have this problem😂?
Is it safe to use a heating pad on your stomach at 11 weeks? I have bad abdomen pain
I seriously can't wait to have a cold cut sandwich as soon as I'm no longer pregnant! A ham and cheese sandwich that doesn't have to be heated! I can't wait :D
Its 67° here and it feels soooo good. Don't have to take the heat anymore #flweather How cold is it where y'all are?
Ugh this sounds awful. And it hasn't been terribly hot up here either. Have you tried washing with eucerin soap or using aloe. When my girls get heat rash that usually clears it up
