We just got a letter in the mail from Duke saying they want to increase what they charge us by 15%!!! Tell me why I know my parents pain and why they would always tell us that! 🤣🤣 I'm turning into my parents! They were just preparing us for our future!

I wish I had a suitable window to put an ac downstairs for mine and McKennas room. It doesn't get too bad unless it gets hot upstairs 😞
@raisinglittlegamers, Does it get humid where you are? We live in a dry state, so we have a swamp cooler and it cools the whole house pretty good if you leave the windows cracked so the air will go down there. But they dont work well in more humid areas.
I’m the opposite. I’m always annoying my husband because I’m leaving all the lights in the house on. But my dad will shut them all off when he visits. Like dammit, leave my lamp on, old man! 🤣

@icebergahead, We have solar panels, so I’m not wasting that terribly much. 😂
I was constantly turning my kids lights off when they went to school. And their TV. Like why wasting so much electricity bro 🤣
