Имплантационное кровотечение или нет? Симптомы до задержки

So I’m not sure when I ovulated but my period comes around the 4th or 5th of every month , & since last Tuesday I been very nauseous especially everytime I eat something and on Friday morning I had this photo in comments , is this implantation bleeding ? I’m not going to test until I miss my period but my body has been feeling very nauseous and I never spot before my period it very regulated & it was only when I woke up for first morning pee yesterday then nothing else allday and I had mild cramping not sure if this is implantation bleeding or what
