Im going to say it again call a doctor if you have this any health problems. We are not doctors on here but use health insurance and go see a primary care doctor
my obgyn did exploratory surgery and found i had endometriosis and adenomyosis. Mine is everywhere from my colon to my lungs. I am about a month away from my third surgey with an endometriosis specialist not an obgyn now because its everywhere

I have every single symptom except irregular periods but thats because mines the complete opposite but everything else is me and more

So many things can cause dry eye and mouth. For example it can be a side effect of a med you’re on. Or you could be diabetic. Lots of possibilities.
