Что делать, если отец травмировал руку ребёнка и социальные службы бездейст

Any suggestion? So my daughter arm was pulled but her dad and her therapy called dcfs and there not tying it to my ex cause we took her in doctor and her arm been sore ever since that happen he pulled on her arm yanked on it and lift her up by her wrist anything I should do cause there not taking it seriouse I’m scared going to happen the 3rd time and no one do anything to tie it to him he the one daughter told us that he was angry and yanked on it I just need help on this what to do.
