I made myself a cake for my birthday tomorrow! Coconut layer cake with coconut lemon cream cheese frosting. 🤤 I got the recipe from the book “Coconut Layer Cake Murder” by Joanne Fluke. 🤣 She may look a bit messy, but I bet she’ll be tasty!
Calling all Cake Bakers!!!! I making a birthday cake for SO in about 2 weeks. He's requested a white chocolate raspberry cake with cream cheese frosting. I'm using raspberry jam for the filling. It's only going to be two layers with one layer of filling.
