I’ve been on hold for 3 hours and when I first called it said my hold time was 56 minutes. This is ridiculous!

I put headsets on and do my stuff while on hold because sometimes it will say 15mns then jumps every 5mns. That sucks. 3hrs is past the sanity threshold.
They need a callback system.
@icebergahead, it’s normal for them. I called last week several times and instantly got the message they had received their max calls and it hung up on me.
