Почему нельзя ходить в гости с симптомами простуды?

Don’t be selfish, if you have cold/flu like symptoms if you don’t feel well or have a fever stay home!!! So what if it’s Christmas or new years, going to gathering when you know you don’t feel well is by far the most dumbest thing a person can do. My daughter just wanted to spend her birthday with family in NY and no one told me they were all getting sick so I drive 9 hours for what?!? To have a 10 year old with a fever that stays between 100 to 104 and she didn’t even get to celebrate her birthday like she wanted.
