Is this a miscarriage? 3 months postpartum, spotting and cramping

Can anyone tell me if this is a miscarriage? I am currently 3m pp and Friday I started spotting and cramping which was weird cause I never had bad cramps with my periods then today I feel like my period hit full force so I went to the bathroom and this is what I seen. if I am I would only be about 3 or 4 weeks but I need to know
