So my son woke up from his nap, said he wanted to try the potty, peed in the toilet, and now refuses to put a diaper back on.  So I guess we’re potty training?! I’m nervous.  😅 Any tips and tricks?

Let him guide you. Just remind him to try every 30 minutes until he starts going on his own. I waited til my youngest wanted to potty train and it was the easiest job ever. I semi forced it on my oldest and had to train her twice. Don’t get discouraged if at some point he decides nah I’ll use a diaper. Just give him some time to come around again.

Sounds like a great plan to me! I don’t think he’s fully ready just yet.  I was trying to convince him to go again after 30-45 minutes, and he just dropped down to the floor and screamed at me, then told me to put a diaper back on.  😂 Then asked to use the potty again like 5 minutes after that! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m just letting him do his thing for now.
