Как справиться с агрессией 11-летнего сына из-за гаджетов?

Id say talk to his doctor he might have bipolar disorder . Idk tho just till the Dr how he acts and stuff

My son still sometimes gives me a hard time about giving me the game but with him if he throws a fit he doesn't get them for a month even a week and he has to help clean the house like sweap , wash dishes and put them on drying rack and he has to clean both side of kitchen sink and counters and he's learning to mop and clean the bathroom and toilet and the list goes on for him for chores and some times there's not a lot because we did them so we're good but he has to do them before he wants to use my phone or even play his DS or Nintendo switch . But he has a whole big routine thing but that's because he has ADHD like me . But most times I have to take it from him even not TV and we go to water park or the park or even play outside with his friends no inside till about 7pm if it's not to hot outside

I hope you get the break from him and then you guys are able to work things out. Some of mine have a difficult time with boundaries. It also took a while to find somewhat of a balance. I'm still trying to learn how my son's brain works and how to approach certain situations.
