It’s been over 24 hours since I first tried to take this vaginal disc out. I loved it. Barely leaked. But I am freaking out that I can’t get it out now. I reaaaaally don’t want to make an OBGYN appointment 😐
@m00my2five, I haven’t tried squatting low yet. That’s my next thing to try. It feels like the disc might be angled too high up. I don't feel the front rim at all. I just feel the cup part. I've tried bearing down and taking deep breaths, and I DO feel the disc moving lower but I still do not feel the rim. I just feel like I'm scratching myself. If I stick a finger very deep and towards the back and behind the disc, I can feel a ridge but I can't grab hold at all. Again I am scratching myself. If I try to just grab hold onto anything, including just the disc, and pull down, I start to feel a build in pressure and it's almost painful and it slips from my fingers.
@m00my2five, OMG I just got it out!!! I stripped down, squatted as low as I could on the ground, digged in, took a deep breath and when I breathed out I was able to get a good hold of the back ridge and pull. Thank goooood. I was PRAYING no one else walked in the bathroom cause I did this in a stall and was definitely exposed 🤣
