Lowlight plant would be the answer lol. But I would say the snake plant if you do not get a lot of lighting there. Dumb canes like brighter areas. Indirect bright lighting for best growth.
@ksmommyx3, maybe it needs some good watering and better lighting if that spot is too dark throughout the day. The lower the lighting (take into account the sun path so you’ll have to look at what side of the home sun is more direct). Then it will have slower growth since it takes a lot of energy to do so with minimal lighting. I have 2 and they are placed in bright rooms with medium light. They need a good quench but every 3-4weeks since they hold a lot of water in. Just check the soil and water when soil is fully dry.
The second plant is a dieffenbachia but also known as a “Dumb Cane”.
