So, not to be a jerk but all of this is going to impact your child, too. I’m sure you weren’t trying to be rude with your first comment on here - and I’m not trying to start anything - but coming on a post where people are upset about something and saying “I’m thankful for xyz” isn’t really helpful.
That’s like the government doing away with Medicaid and someone posting a lengthy post about how it will impact them and their family, and then I hop on and say “that’s why I’m thankful for my private insurance”.. kinda off-putting, eh? I know you likely didn’t mean it that way.
But anyway, I hope that your child’s online public school won’t be as impacted as brick and mortar schools, and hopefully he doesn’t have any IEP services because those are in jeopardy, too.
No hard feelings on my end, btw. And hopefully none on yours.

The system is creating Americans to be paranoid individuals so that we do not get a grip and unite and be as powerful (1984 book had predictions). I hate politics. Just like religious topics. You’re left frustrated or angry and divided more than understanding and compassionate 😮💨

Once upon a time, they used to say children are future. Now I wonder what future they envision with the children they are bringing up now.
