Not currently in my personal life but I have read stories on here many times before of people who would stick by their toxic spouse/family member even after horrific events. Oh.. jeez…. It is sometimes easy to say leave them too. Everyone has their own battles within themselves and choices reflect that many times over.
We do not know the demons within them but it is sometimes hard to read/hear when they stick on by a person (No matter the relationship to the OP) that clearly isn’t needed in their life. People are usually left giving out excuses on why they stay.
Those too are hard to read. Especially when it is a shitty relative that is making life hell. Blood thicker than water is a load of BS.
