After practically dragging my kids out of bed at 7:30 all week, they were both up well before 7 today. 🙄
M said, “mom go back to sleep, we will watch Netflix downstairs.” When I got up a little while later, he told me that he had already made breakfast for himself and R (cereal) and that he was glad I got to sleep in on my day off. 🥰

I’m back to work as of this past week. Staff doesn’t start for another week and a half. Kids will start on the 21st. How about you guys?

we had pd all last week. Kids start Tuesday. We had district pd where all the teachers, principals, central office staff and educational assistants got together. They informed us they’re changing the alternative school from 6-12 grades to 3-12, I thought to myself that’s so damn pitiful. They also discussed the district wide phone ban. 🙃

K did that with Little Man when I was pregnant with Girlfriend. Would wake up, set Netflix up and get basic breakfast out and it was glorious.

@icebergahead, same with my daughter. My freaking son still acts like a newborn. Wakes up 2-3 times for milk. SOMETIMES he goes back to bed lmaoo.

I’m counting down when he can go to school. Even praying if he can get in early childhood 😭😂 I need a freaking break. But yessss he’s so so sooooo clingy like yours.
