@rayofmysunshine, Try to relax even tho I know it’s hard. That’ll cause your readings to go up. Deep breaths& sending you all the good vibes ♾️
@ekko, yes. I am doing my best at keeping relaxed. The deep breathing is making me tired lol
Is it normally not this high? Many pharmacy stores at one point were able to take BPs. Call before because I'm not sure if Covid changed that.
Wednesday I had 159/98 at the ER. This is one I picked up from a home medical center. I just got off the phone with OB emergency and they are having come in 🙁

I can’t believe some of you get on birth control like right... right after giving birth. I’m going to need time to heal before I do anything else to my body
Ok. So my blood pressure machine is not calibrated properly and the cuff is not a good one. I do have hypertension and my blood pressure was 149. I was dehydrated so they did a bag of fluids. Baby is doing great, just as expected.
Tomorrow I’ll go get my machine looked at and get the proper cuff. Tuesday I see my primary doctor and with being hypertensive I think I’ll be able to work from home full time rather than going in twice a week. So that would help with the stress of finding a sitter on those days too. I am to a point I cannot lift heavy and I have to move. There’s so much going on, just need to try and keep calm.
