Omg right!!! I'm sure they won't even face a slap on the wrist considering he's a detective too. It's been 104 here the last few days I can't even imagine 120 being comfortable for them, let alone that poor baby.

I knew alcohol had to have been involved which makes it that much worse. Like they didn't realize they were parents at all.
